The design thinking process that I follow

1. Empathise through observation

I engage with stakeholders to understand their beliefs, values, needs, and business goals.

2. Define the challenges

I define the problem by merging investigations and observing the user's issue.

3. Ideate as many ideas as possible

I generate insightful solution ideas after identifying the critical problem.

4. Prototype a solution

I create paper prototypes or wireframes for the developed ideas, discussing them with stakeholders.

5. Test the ideas and iterate

I create a detailed click-through prototype and test it with actual users if stakeholders approve.

Design thinking

It is an iterative process of understanding your users, identifying problems, clarifying the problem, producing ideas, prototyping the ideas, and testing them with real users.
